Refund policy
If there is an issue with your order, contact Jared's Workshop as soon as possible so it can be reviewed. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be considered for a return unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom handmade pieces, made-to-order items, and final-sale drops may not be eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, send photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label promptly after delivery so support can review the issue and help with next steps.
